Our Sales Personnel are responsible for:
Identifying potential clients for solar installations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting initial client consultations and needs assessment
Coordinating with engineering and technical teams
Preparing and presenting solar proposals
Supporting project development and closing opportunities
Expanding RTL Solar’s presence in commercial and industrial sectors
Who We’re Looking For
Who We’re Looking For
RTL Solar welcomes individuals who:
Have experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or industrial solutions
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Are proactive and results-driven
Have a good understanding of commercial and industrial clients
Are interested in renewable energy and sustainability
Are able to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in solar sales, electrical solutions, or engineering-related industries is an advantage, but motivated individuals with strong sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
